RELATIONS COMMITTEE WEB SITE

Chairperson, LFA Government Relations Committee
Duane Peters,
Vice President of Advocacy
Advocacy is one of five program functions of the Lupus Foundation of America. Our advocacy program has three main objectives:
The
LFA Government Advocacy Action Center
The Lupus Foundation of America has established the Advocacy Action Center to make it easier for individuals surfing the internet to become involved in grassroots advocacy activities. From this site you can (1) identify your U.S. Representative and Senators, (2) check the status of legislation affecting people with lupus, (3) compose letters or email messages to your elected officials urging them to support these issues, (4) sign up to receive electronic updates or action alerts when you should take action that would help support our issues.
Thomas,
The Library of Congress Web Site
Thomas
is one of the most comprehensive web site containing information about
Congress. Maintained by the Library of Congress, Named for
Thomas Jefferson, this site provides quick access to information about
current and past legislation.
